Mount Aggie

It has been hot and dry

Hot! Hot! Hot!

OK, This feels like the hottest summer I’ve ever experienced. We’ve gone for weeks without rain, and we’ve broken records for the most consecutive days with 100+ temperatures. Everyone seems to be doing what they can to escape the heat. Sunday afternoon, several members of my church took their kids to Mount Aggie for some over-sized slip-n-slide fun. I had heard of Mount Aggie before, but this was the first time I had ever seen it. This facility is used during the fall and spring semesters for skiing lessons. Who knew you could learn how to ski in Aggieland.

We loved Mt Aggie as well, and first heard of it last year when invited to a b-day party there. My 3 yr old & 11 yr old and all their friends had a blast! I am actually online now trying to find the website to make reservations for my 3 yr old’s b-day party this year. She’s talked about it for about 7 mths straight now!

Thanks again for letting me share part of my world with you.
