My parents, sister, and nephews decided to drive down to College Station to pay me a visit. We spent most of our time together at the house. Clint was looking foward to meeting Tucker, and I don’t think he was disappointed. Tucker’s such a great dog and he had fun playing with the boys.

Thanksgiving always starts a little early with a special evening service at my church. We gather, give thanks, and then share a huge potluck meal. Thus begins the holiday of eating.

Saturday morning, I drove to my hometown of West to attend Jessica and Mark’s wedding. Jessica happens to be the sister of my brother-in-law, Bradley. I arrived about an hour before the service started and began taking pictures.

Early Saturday morning, I headed to Waco to watch my nephew “show” his calf at the Heart of Texas Fair and Rodeo. Glenn accompanied me on this trip while Ruben stayed home to study. The livestock competitions are grouped according to each breed. By the early afternoon, Clay’s group was called to the arena.
