In the middle of all the commercialism that surrounds this time of year, the true meaning of Christmas can get lost. For me, the best reminder of the meaning behind this holiday happens when I observe the kids of my church perform their annual Christmas pageant.

Sunday afternoon, Glenn, Milo and I joined other folks from surrounding churches in the annual Crop Walk for Hunger fund-raiser. This year’s event took place at Veterans Park. The purpose of the walk is to raise money and increase awareness.
